We charge courier related fees to anywhere in South Africa and orders above R950 will receive free shipping.

Processing Time:

Our processing time is usually between 1-3 Business Days once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Delivery Time:

While we strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible, please take the following into account:

• Delivery time for major city areas: 2 to 5 working days
• Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 4 to 10 working days

Shipping Liability

Your orders will be securely packaged prior to collection so if there is any damage during shipping, we will not be held liable.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will either replace the item or issue a store credit to you, depending on preference. 

For damaged goods on arrival, please email us immediately upon receipt at info@kae-beauty.co.za and we will assist you.

If you have received the incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the items so we can assist. 

On items that are not damaged, we will issue a store credit as a refund.

If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will offer a full store credit or a refund with the PayFast processing fees we are charged subtracted. 

We do not accept the following returns:

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used or opened cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories. Please patch test before use. 

Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Should you contact us regarding a return, we will do our best to reply to you within 24 hours.
